Air Fryer Panko Parmesan Tilapia






Ingredients:

About 8 tilapia filets

4 eggs, slightly beaten

2 C Panko Bread crumbs

1 C Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions:

  1. Place the eggs in a shallow dish.
  2. In a similar dish, mix the Panko and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Dip each piece of fish first into the egg wash, then the Panko/Parmesan mixture, then again in the eggs then Panko/Parmesan, taking care to make sure it is evenly coated.
  4. Air Fry at 400 for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
