Ingredients:
4 bananas
1/2C
3 tb of chia seeds (whole)
2 eggs
2 tsp of vanilla extract
Generous sprinkle of cinnamon
3C Old Fashioned Oats
1C raisins
1/3C of mini chocolate chips
Directions:
- Mash bananas and add egg and vanilla and mix well.
- Add everything else except the chocolate chips and mix.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top about one thin layer and mix in.
- Spread into the bottom of a half sheet pan that's been prepared with cooking spray.
- Bake at 375 for 25 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
