Andy's Banana Peanut Butter Breakfast Cookie Bars



Ingredients:

4 bananas
1/2C
3 tb of chia seeds (whole)
2 eggs
2 tsp of vanilla extract
Generous sprinkle of cinnamon
3C Old Fashioned Oats
1C raisins
1/3C of mini chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Mash bananas and add egg and vanilla and mix well. 
  2. Add everything else except the chocolate chips and mix. 
  3. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top about one thin layer and mix in. 
  4. Spread into the bottom of a half sheet pan that's been prepared with cooking spray. 
  5. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.  Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
