Ingredients:
1 C Teriyaki Sauce
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into strips
1 12oz bag of frozen broccoli
1 10oz bag of frozen zucchini/yellow squash
Directions:
- Marinated chicken in teriyaki for at least an hour.
- When you are ready to cook, put the frozen veggies in a bowl and drizzle with more teriyaki sauce and toss to coat.
- Air fry the chicken and vegetables for 15 minutes at 400.
Optional:
Rice Cooker "Fried" Rice
Ingredients:
2 C White rice
1-3/4 C Water
1/4 C Soy Sauce
1/4 tsp dried Ginger
2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tb dried, minced onion
2 tsp or 2 cubes bullion powder
4-6 eggs to preference
Directions:
Rinse 2 C of rice and put it in the bottom of the cooker.
In a bowl mix up 1-3/4C water, 1/4C soy sauce, 1/4 tsp dried ginger, 2tps garlic powder, 1tb dried minced onion, 2tsp bullion powder and pour it on top without stirring and turn it on.
When the rice is finished cooking, scramble eggs (I used a lower temp than normal, and beat them slightly before pouring them in, and then scraped the bottom every so often) and mix into the rice.
