Air Fryer Persian Chicken Kabobs & Tomatoes



Ingredients:

3 TB Olive Oil
2 tb lemon Juice
1 onion, cut in half then quartered
1.5 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1.5 tsp sumac
1lb Chicken, cut into strips
1 Can whole peeled tomatoes

Cooked Basmati Rice

Directions:

Put everything but rice and tomatoes in a ziploc and marinate overnight then air fry the chicken with the tomatoes at 400 for about 10 minutes and serve with rice.
