In a high-sided pan add your ground turkey, carrot, and spices. Mix well and cook until it starts to brown, then add in the onion. Cook until the turkey is brown and the onion is translucent.
Add in your broth, tomatoes, tomato sauce, and Worcestershire, and frozen peppers then stir to combine then bring to a boil.
Add in your rice and stir to combine, cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes until rice is tender and juices are mainly soaked up.
Some recipes suggest topping with cheese but that doesn't work for my family's current needs so we're skipping it.
