Ingredients:
1 Can of Chickpeas (drained, but reserve the liquid)
1/2C Bread Crumbs (I used Italian)
1tsp Garlic Powder
1tsp Onion Powder
2tsp Parsley
1 Egg (or you can use a flaxseed or chia seed substitute)

Directions:
Add everything to a food processor and pulse until smooth, try not to take it too far so they don't get mushy. If it seems a bit thick, add some of the liquid (I had to add a few splashes). If it seems too thin add more bread crumbs. Roll into balls and bake at 400 for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through. I used a cookie scoop and I got 27 "meat"balls.
