Air Fryer Sausage and Potatoes





Ingredients:

4-6 Russet Potatoes, cut
1 Onion chopped
1-12oz pkg of Turkey Sausage, sliced

Directions:

I just cut potatoes and onion. Spritzed them with oil and air fry at 400 for about 20 minutes, shaking every 5-10 minutes until they were all golden. Then I added sliced sausage and cooked for another 5 minutes until it was browned a little. The potatoes and onions were like what Mom used to fry for us as kids. It was a really good and easy meal!
