Ingredients:
1-3/4 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 heaping tb baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup raisin
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup margarine
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients well. Add margarine and cut in with a fork. Mix in raisins. Pour a small amount of milk in and stir. Keep doing this until they are a little too wet to cut with a biscuit cutter (I never measure and this batch came out a little too wet). Turn into a well-floured surface and knead a few times, adding more flour as needed. Roll or flatten with fingers until it's about 1/3-1/2in think. Cut with a 2in cutter, I used a juice glass and I got 23. Bake at 450 for 15-20 minutes, until the tops are a light golden brown. They would be better with glaze I think, but Katie didn't want any so I didn't make it.
