Creole Seasoning: NOTE: THIS MADE WAAAAAAAAY TOO MUCH. I WOULD NOT EVEN CUT IN HALF BUT CUT INTO A FOURTH IF YOU ARE GOING TO MAKE IT.
2 tablespoons onion powder
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons dried oregano
2 tablespoons dried basil
1/2 tablespoon ground thyme
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
5 tablespoons paprika
Dirty Rice with Black Beans
1 lb ground turkey
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
4 cups cooked rice
1 tsp creole plus a little extra
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp celery salt
1 cup water
Brown meat with spices. Add beans rice and water and stir until well mixed and water is absorbed.
