There's no reason real recipe for this salad. I made up a batch of Italian dressing and poured some over some chicken to marinate it. I'll be cooking that on the stove later to go with this. Then I made 2 cups of large couscous, waited for it to cool, and then added the rest of the dressing and chopped cucumbers. I kept adding and stirring and tasting until there was almost none left so I just poured the rest of the dressing in. It's really good and would be good with tomatoes or lots of other kinds of veggies.
