Ingredients:
8 cups water
6 eggs
1 bunch of scallions, thinly sliced (you can regrow the bottoms for the next pot!)
4 Tbs cornstarch
1/2 c water
8 cubes chicken bouillon
Directions:
1 Mix cornstarch with 1/2 c water & set aside. Put bouillon cubes and water in the pot, bring to a boil Add cornstarch/water mixture & turn off the stove. Mix. Leave the pot on the stove. Beat egg with a fork in a small bowl for just a minute, then pour through the tines of the fork in a thin stream. Stir & serve.
Makes approx. 8 cups.
