Ingredients:
1lb of chicken
Veggies of your choice (I used one onion, about as much green pepper, 2 potatoes, and about 16oz of broccoli because that's what was in the fridge/freezer)
1 can of coconut milk
3tb garlic powder
3tb minced garlic
3tb curry powder
3tb ground Ginger
Sesame oil to coat pan
Directions:
Sautee sliced chicken with a small sprinkle of the spices. When almost done, add veggies. When veggies are almost done add coconut milk and rest of spices. Simmer for a few minutes until flavors come together. Serve with plain white rice or noodles.
