Slow Cooker Cranberry Chicken

Ingredients:
1 Can Whole Cranberry Sauce
1/4 C Balsamic Vinegar
1 TB Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
2 Large or 3 Medium Chicken Breasts, cut into cubes
Directions:
Add everything to the crock pot except chicken and mix together.  Add chicken and cook on low for 8-10 hours.  I wanted my sauce really thick, so I took the lid off and turned it on high for about 1 hour.
Optional: At the end you can add a few tablespoons of dried cranberries and cook for a little bit longer.  It would also be good topped with scallions.
