Ingredients:
2 Chicken Breasts
1 Jar of pickle juice (just save it when all the pickles are gone)
1 C Flour
1 TB Garlic Powder
1/2 TB Ground Black Pepper
Directions:
The night before, or early morning before, you want to make this dish, put the chicken and pickle juice in gallon sized zip loc bag and marinate in the fridge. When you are ready to start cooking mix the flour and spices. Dredge the chicken into the flour mixture (discard the juice), then spray each side with cooking oil. Dredge and spray again and place into a prepared baking dish. Give the tops one more spritz of cooking oil and cook at 375° for 30-40 minutes. You can serve with a side dish as is, or put on a sandwich. This isn't a perfect copycat recipe, but it is similar to chik-fil-a. This time, I served as a sandwich with white American cheese and a side dish of zucchini!
