Easy Turkey, Eggs, and Rice

Ingredients:
1lb Ground Turkey (if you use beef just be sure to drain out the fat)
6 Eggs
3 C uncooked rice
1 TB Garlic Salt
1 TB Cumin
Optional:
1/4 C Butter
A Handful of sliced scallions
Directions:
Cook rice as directed or put into a rice cooker.  Dump Turkey, garlic salt, and cumin in pot, and mix together while you brown the meat.  When done, push to the side of the pot and dump in slightly beaten eggs and scramble, try to keep the prices as large as possible.  When rice is cooked, dump in and mix with butter and scallions if you want.  I also normally add a little extra garlic salt and cumin at this point.  This is high in protein, cheap, quick, and filling!
