Easy Pumpkin "Ice Cream" or Sorbet

Ingredients:
1 Can Pumpkin Puree
1 TB Sugar
1 TB Brown Sugar
1 TB Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/2 C Soy Milk, Milk, Heavy Cream, or even Yogurt (any flavor)
Additional Soy Milk (or other dairy product), several tablespoons











Directions:
Pour the pumpkin into a bowl and add all the ingredients except the "additional Soy Milk" and stir to mix evenly.  Fill ice cube trays with the pumpkin mixture and freeze.  Once frozen, add the pumpkin cubes to food processor and pulse until well broken down.  Turn to a low settings and slowly pour milk through the oil dispenser until it comes together to sorbet consistency.  Serve immediately or freeze for later.  I only do half a recipe at a time since it makes 4 servings and there are only two of us. You can add more sugar and/or milk product depending on your tastes when you are mixing in the food processor.  In this particular recipe I added a few "cubes" of yogurt spread, a little extra sugar, and two squirts of whipped cream.
