Easy Chicken and Stuffing with Broccoli

Ingredients:
4-6 Chicken Breasts
1 Box Stuffing Mix
1 Can Cream of Whatever you have (I used celery)
1/4 C Water
1 TB Sage
1 TB Dried Celery
2 Heads of Broccoli

Servings 4:

Procedure:
Place chicken in the bottom of the crock pot.  Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and spread over the top.  Cook on high for 2-4 hours, or on low for 4-6 hours.  If the mixture or chicken looks a little dry, you can pour some chicken broth over it.
About an hour before you are ready to eat (if it's on high... if it's on low it will take longer), cut the Broccoli into bite sized pieces from the stalk. Turn your crock pod lid upside and place back on the pot.  Dump in the broccoli, and season with salt and pepper  You can also add 4 pats of butter to the corners, if desired   Cover tightly with aluminum foil and the heat from the crock pot will cook the broccoli.  Note: this may not work on all slow cookers, mine is the rectangular kind with the deep lid.  However, you may still be able to flip your lid upside down and place a container on top of full of broccoli to get the same effect.
