Oven "Fried" Chicken Strips with Copycat Zax's Suace and Tater Tots

Copy Cat Sauce:
Ingredients
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Heinz Ketchup
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt with parsley (or just sprinkle in some garlic salt and then some parsley)
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together unti well blended, and allow to sit in the fridge while you make the rest of the meal such that the flavors come together.
Tots:
1 Bag of Frozen Tater Tots
Salt & Pepper to taste
Chicken Strips:
Ingredients:
1-2 lbs of Chicken Breasts cut into strip (or tenderlions)
3/4 Cup Flour
1 TB Garlic Powder
1 Cup Italian Style Bread Crumbs
1/2 Cup grated Parmesan
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Salt & Pepper to taste




Directions:
Put the flour, egg, and bread crumbs in seperate shallow dishes.  Add the Parm to the bread crumbs.  Add half the garlic to the bread crumb mixture and the other half to the flour.  Add salt and pepper to both the flour and bread crumb mixture.  Stir each bowl, seperately.  Spray a pan with Pam and then set up your dredging station.  First into the flour, then into the egg, then into the bread crumb mixture.  Then, place on the pan.  Cook for 30-35 minutes on 425°, turning halfway through, until the chicken is done and browned.  You can cook the tots at the same time.
