Easy Chocolate Chip - Pumpkin Muffins with Marshmallow "Icing"

Ingredients:
1 14oz Can Pumpkin
1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
1 Heaping TB Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/4 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/4-1/2 C Chocolate Chips depending on how chocolatey you want it
1/4 C Milk (I used Soy)
24 Large Marshmallows













Directions:
Add all ingredients except marshmallows in a bowl and mix well.  Pour into muffin cups.  Cook according to package directions.  A few minutes before you think they will be done, top with the marshmallows and cook until they are slightly toasted. In this case, 350° for 25 minutes, then pulled them out and topped with marshmallows and cooked an additional 7 minutes. 
If you want to be healthier, you can just mix the cake mix and pumpkin and not add any topping... they will still be yummy!
