Slow cooker Buffalo Chicken:



I used to always love buffalo chicken sandwiches/wraps, it's what I got every where I went! But being made of fried pieces of chicken on buttered bread meant that they were not healthy at all.  Now, I get the same flavor without all the extra fat!

Ingredients:
8.5-oz Buffalo Sauce
1/8-1/4C prepared ranch dressing mix
1 tsp black pepper
4 Chicken breasts


Directions:
Pour about half a 17-oz bottle of Buffalo Sauce in the bottom of slow cooker. Add 1/8-1/4 c of prepared ranch dressing mix (1-2 packets), depending on your taste, as well as 1tb garlic power and 1 tsp fresh ground black pepper. Add 4 chicken breasts. Cook on low for 4-6 hours, breaking chicken up into smaller pieces as it cooks. Serve anyway you would BBQ meat: on buns, or just on a plate with a side like potato salad.
variations: omit ranch dressing mix and serve on buns smeared with ranch dressing, omit ranch and use half as much Buffalo Sauce and add an equal amount of BBQ for a Smokey Bones style "Buff-a-Que."
