Peanut Butter Bar--Healthy Edit

My mom got this recipe from a friend of hers when she was in high school. The original recipe called for a WHOLE STICK OF BUTTER...so I had to adapt it to be a little more diet friendly! These are like brownies, but instead of fudge, there's peanut butter! This recipe came out more "cake like" than "fudge like," but you could do oil instead of apple sauce to fix that!
PS: Again...sorry for the poor photo. I get hungry and my phone is just right there...



1/2 cup peanut butter
1 1/4 splenda
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp vanilla
1 eggs
1/4 cup applesauce
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup water



1 Preheat oven to 350ยบ. Grease 8x8 pan. Mix all ingredients until blended. Put in greased pan & bake for 20-30 min.
